Job Description:
Enterprise Transformation Officer
Mars · CORA FinTech · Full-time
Reports: Portfolio CEO ·
Location: Mars business / hybrid ·
About the Role
CORA has acquired a U.S. mid-market banking software division from Finastra (Project Mars). The business operates across five geographies on nine active TSA service schedules, with a 12-month separation clock. The Enterprise Transformation Officer leads the complete operational transformation of the Mars business from a Finastra-embedded division to a standalone Jonas/CORA operating unit and owns the TSA exit roadmap, separation clock, and all non-R&D, non-commercial workstreams.
This is a direct execution role with full execution authority; is not a coordination function.
What You’ll Own
TSA Program
All nine TSA service schedules: service delivery, SLA compliance, billing/true-up, and exit criteria
Chair the TSA Governance Forum (weekly) and represent the Buyer at the Separation Management Office
Drive all schedules to exit without extension within 12 months
Professional Services
Install the CORA/Jonas PS operating model: Kantata implementation, utilization tracking, rate-card discipline, change-order enforcement
Drive PS margin improvement milestones in partnership with VP Client Services
Hosting Migration
Lead execution of the hosting migration program (Azure or AWS), working from the architectural target state set by the CORA CTO
Own MSP standup, vendor contracts, and infrastructure timelines; ensure migration does not create TSA cliff exposure
“Workstream A” Restructuring
Plan and execute headcount and structural cost reduction across G&A, IT, Finance, Ops, BD and PS
Track delivery against the Jonas model envelope; report to Executive Sponsor monthly
Governance & Reporting
Lead the transformation portion of the Jonas/CORA Executive Check-in (Tue/Thu) and produce milestone reports
Maintain the transformation risk register and own associated contingency plans
What You Bring
Proven experience leading an operational carve-out from a large platform provider
Deep hands-on experience in multi-country payroll, Finance TSA sequencing, and IT logical separation
Ability to operate across five geographies and manage a complex multi-workstream program simultaneously
Strong enough presence with Finastra, vendors, and the Mars leadership team to hold timelines without escalating everything
Comfortable operating in a Jonas/Constellation Software governance model
