Welcome to Mimmo's! We are looking for skilled Cooks THAT LIVE LOCALLY, ( WHICH MEANS DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE OR COUNTRY) to join our team. where they will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu. We have been serving these meals to the public since 1995, and the Essex area sine 2003. We are looking for determined and hardworking cooks, with a drive to produce great food and work as a team.
Starting wage $ 20-23 for the right candidate, plus tips for the closers.
Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques as soute' is preferred.
Must have good availability, Mon-Sat. Most shifts start at 2-3:00 pm till 8:00 or closing

Responsibilities:
- Cooking beautiful, delicious meals according to our menu, in a timely manner.
- Multi-tasking and timely work ethic.
- Ability to work in high-stress situations, as there are times when business hits high volumes.
- Stocking and prepping for the morning shift.
- General cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen throughout the shift.
