Main Responsibilities
1. Contacting and booking space (slots/containers) with shipping lines or agents based on the preferred schedule.

2. Monitoring vessel movements and cargo positions periodically from departure to arrival at the destination, and then informing the customer.

3. Issue or manage essential documents, including the Bill of Lading (B/L), Shipping Instructions (SI), Manifest, Delivery Order (DO), Packing List, and Commercial Invoice.

4. Handle and resolve field constraints, including vessel delays, cargo damage, customs/container hold, or official documentation issues

5. Review and check invoices from shipping lines or freight forwarders against the initial quotation to ensure accuracy


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, logistics, or export sales.
  • Strong understanding of sea freight export processes (FCL/LCL), including rate sourcing, freight quoting, and negotiation with shipping lines (MLO).
  • Experienced in handling export customers and preparing freight analysis and market updates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication with overseas agents and shipping line.
