Job Responsibilities:

· Assisting and preparing daily deposits of rent

· Participating in collection efforts

· Preparing and filing court papers

· Assisting the leasing staff as needed

Requirements

Requirements

· At least 2 years' experience in property management

· Have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others

· Be business minded, goal oriented, and always leads by example

· Must be 18 years old or older.
