Licensed Esthetician
Location: Part-Time (2-3 days per week)
Pay: Commission-based
About the Role
We are a reputable medical spa in Fort Mill, SC, dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and exceptional client care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team of passionate professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in both clinical support and aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for aesthetic procedures in a professional and welcoming manner
- Perform non-invasive device-based aesthetic treatments
- Assist other providers during treatments as needed
- Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, skincare products, and aftercare
- Accurately document patient history, treatment notes, and update EMR systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment environment
- Ensure completion of intake forms and pre-treatment assessments
- Manage patient follow-ups and ensure excellent aftercare communication
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Provide support with front desk duties and scheduling as needed
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license in South Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing esthetic treatments in a med spa, spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and other technology
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
