Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team

• Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework

• Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend - e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout

• Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including - Production, Engineering and Quality

• Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions &methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites

• Coach team-members in daily work and ensure training and up-skilling

• Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the exiting solutions

• Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sites

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Professional experience in coding and programming, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices
• Ideally already some background / expertise with AMAT RTD-framework
• A strong interest in data structures and the development of automation solutions in front-end (FE) production environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex material flows on the shop floor
• Some initial work experience in FE production and related processes,including material handling system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
