Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team
- Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework
- Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend - e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout
- Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including - Production, Engineering and Quality
- Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions &methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites
- Coach team-members in daily work and ensure training and up-skilling
- Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the exiting solutions
- Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sites
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Professional experience in coding and programming, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices
- Ideally already some background / expertise with AMAT RTD-framework
- A strong interest in data structures and the development of automation solutions in front-end (FE) production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex material flows on the shop floor
- Some initial work experience in FE production and related processes,including material handling system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
