Description
To greet all facility visitors and ensure phone calls are answered properly and messages are taken efficiently. Also entails other duties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer phones and take messages.
2. Open and distribute mail.
3. Meter daily outgoing mail and drop off at mailbox.
4. Maintain postage meter and supplies.
5. Enter daily scrap information.
6. Print off and mail invoices to customers.
7. Fax ASN’s.
8. Greet customers and visitors.
9. Handle incoming and outgoing emails and/or faxes and distribute to appropriate personnel.
10. Make copies and typing as required.
11. Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy.
12. Follow all safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity.
13. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
14. Maintain and update daily log, shift performance board, daily dashboard.
15. Assist managers as required.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist experience desired.
