Oakstone Kitchen & Bath is a locally owned, family-operated remodeling company serving Nashville, Mount Juliet, Lebanon, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. We specialize in bathroom remodeling, custom walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and walk-in tubs.

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable sales professional who can connect with homeowners, deliver a compelling presentation, and confidently earn their business.

• Pre-set appointments: Meet with homeowners who have scheduled a remodeling consultation.
• Strong earning potential: $125,000–$250,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct scheduled in-home bathroom remodeling consultations throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Understand each homeowner’s goals, concerns, budget, and accessibility needs.
• Present product samples, design options, and remodeling solutions.
• Explain project scope, pricing, available financing, and current promotions accurately.
• Address objections, confidently ask for the sale, and complete contracts.
• Document measurements, product selections, project details, and customer communications accurately.
• Follow up with homeowners and coordinate with the production team to support a smooth project handoff.
• Represent Oakstone professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling baths, showers, windows, roofing, siding, or other home improvements is highly desirable.
• Proven closing ability and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a one-call-close sales environment while helping homeowners make informed decisions.
• Competitive, self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and occasional Saturday appointments.
• Must have a functional iPad and be comfortable using digital presentations, contracts, and customer management software.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Potential annual earnings of $125,000–$250,000+ depend on individual sales performance and appointment volume. Earnings are not guaranteed.
