An opportunity has become available for a Merchandise Executive to join our team in Bulgaria on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You'll play a key role in supporting our e-commerce trading activity, ensuring products, promotions and categories are accurately managed and optimised to deliver a seamless customer experience. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial teams and external suppliers, you'll use data and commercial insight to help drive engagement and growth across our platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

Product & Merchandising Management

• Manage product setup, launches and pre-orders, ensuring accurate product information and availability

• Monitor supplier feeds, stock levels and category mapping to maintain a strong product offering

• Create and optimise seasonal, promotional and trending categories to improve product visibility and conversion

• Improve on-site search performance by analysing customer behaviour, trends and merchandising opportunities

• Ensure all merchandising activity meets quality and compliance standards

Promotions & Campaigns

• Support the setup, maintenance and auditing of promotions and pricing activity

• Manage promotional and product-led content across client portals

• Partner with Marketing to identify products, trends and category opportunities for campaigns and ongoing activity

Performance & Insights

• Monitor product, category and search performance to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Use data, reporting tools and AI solutions to support analysis and trading decisions

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with suppliers to support stock availability and trading performance

• Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure product accuracy and a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce/marketplace, merchandising or online trading role

• Strong Microsoft Excel and broader Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make commercially sound decisions

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach to work

• Experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools in a professional environment

Work Mode & Salary:

• Remote or Hybrid work mode. We have an office in Plovdiv

• Monthly salary: €1,300 to €1,400 Gross / €1,000 to €1,085 Net

Interview Process:

• Final interview with the Consumer Director and the Team Leader
