About the job

 

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Simulate the monthly P&L, incorporating the latest business assumptions, and highlight the business implications to management.
• Providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to financial challenges in business operations and reporting.
• Simulate the monthly OFCF, provide a robust analysis, and offer comprehensive recommendations to improve working capital.

Business Performance Management

• Analyze Actual vs. Budget/Forecast/Prior Year and clearly explain key drivers.
• Drive monthly performance reviews covering Net Sales, Gross Margin, COGS, GTN, A&P, Opex, profitability and cash flow.

Financial Modeling & Analytics

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Lead the short and long-term forecasting process by combining performance reports, analysis, and trends.
• Simplify and automate recurring FP&A analysis where possible.
• Improve management dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Financial Reporting & Relevant Systems

• Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts and actual performance reports to Regional Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Govern Finance-related master data, including selling price maintenance, ensuring required product hierarchy and related information are accurately maintained by relevant stakeholders.
• Lead FIN master-data issue resolution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure and data integrity.

Governance & Financial Control

• Maintain consistency and quality of financial assumptions and management reporting.Work closely with Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure reliable financial information for decision-making.

About You

Education & Knowledge

• Advanced Excel; Power BI capability is an advantage.
• University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business.
• Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles.

Experience

• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Specialist Knowledge

• Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced multinational environment is preferred.
