Responsibilities:

The Superintendent, Bulking is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the bulking process, ensuring efficient operations, product quality, and adherence to safety standards within RGE Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and lead a team of operators and technicians involved in bulking operations.
* Plan, organize, and execute daily bulking schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Monitor and optimize bulking process parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure product quality and efficiency.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
* Implement and enforce all safety procedures, protocols, and regulations within the bulking area.
* Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of production data, material consumption, and quality control checks.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality assurance, and production, to ensure smooth workflow.
* Train and develop bulking personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bulking processes and reduce waste.
* Manage inventory of raw materials and finished bulk products, coordinating with procurement and warehousing.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or processing environment, preferably in bulking, compounding, or a similar industry.
* Strong understanding of bulking processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using industrial control systems and production software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
