Location: ALL - Kenmore, Kirkland, & Snohomish, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | NOC or Day | Minimum 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range: $26/hour

Guaranteed Hours - Minimum 36 hours per week (typically three 12-hour shifts).

Flexible Scheduling - Choose two designated days off each week - you decide which, but you'll work at least one weekend day if needed.

Low Patient Ratios - Care for just 4-8 residents alongside RNs and LPNs in a peaceful, home-like setting.

Full Paid Training - Includes training and orientation at all 3 locations

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality aide care to adults with complex medical needs.

Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.

Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).

Collaborate with nurses, managers and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.
What You Need to Get Started

Active Washington State NAC or HCA license (unrestricted).

Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years NAC experience

Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover day shifts as needed.
