The Difference You Make:
This role supports business clients by delivering responsive service and maintenance for standard and complex Treasury Management products. You will coordinate documentation, approvals, operational requests, and issue resolution while maintaining accurate records and a strong client experience. 

• Provide day-to-day service and maintenance support for standard and complex Treasury Management products used by business clients. 

• Support products including Treasury Portal, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Origination, ACH Origination, Fraud Services, File Services, Virtual Account Manager, Lockbox, Bank Check Express, Payment Link, and related services. 

• Leverage call-center technology to respond to client needs, research requests, and support timely resolution. 

• Facilitate the full maintenance process, including preparing and executing documentation, obtaining client and internal approvals, submitting requests to Operations, and validating configuration. 

• Manage a pipeline of service and support cases in Salesforce, with continuous monitoring, follow-up, documentation, and resolution tracking. 

• Create and maintain accurate client files, upload correspondence and executed documents to Salesforce and approved shared drives, and follow record-retention requirements. 

• Communicate and collaborate with clients, relationship teams, Operations, and internal partners to manage the client experience and resolve issues. 

• Understand and follow Bank Compliance requirements and Treasury-specific policies and procedures.

Education 

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Required 

• Associate's degree - Preferred 

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences or a related field - Preferred 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience - Required 

• 3+ years of direct experience working with Treasury Management products and services - Preferred
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services - Required 
• Ability to manage service cases, documentation, approvals, and electronic records with accuracy - Required 
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable case-management platform - Preferred 
• Experience with call-center technology and Microsoft Office products - Preferred 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Commitment to quality and accuracy 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Effective verbal and written communication 
• Ability to collaborate across client-facing and operational teams 
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and follow through to resolution
• Experience supporting business banking or commercial clients. 

• Familiarity with ACH, wire, fraud-prevention, remote deposit, lockbox, file transmission, or virtual account solutions. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, relationship teams, Operations, and internal partners. 

• Ability to understand and follow Bank Compliance requirements and Treasury-specific policies and procedures. 

Certifications:

• No specific license, certification, or designation is required

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$52,500.00 USD$92,500.00 USD
