What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is more than an operations administrator. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and trusted business partner who can balance franchisee support with accountability.
You should be comfortable working with business owners at varying levels of experience, identifying opportunities for growth, addressing operational challenges, and helping franchisees achieve measurable results.
The ability to anticipate and manage the demands of a seasonal business is particularly important. We are looking for someone who understands the value of preparing well in advance of peak periods, remaining responsive during high-volume operations, and using performance results to drive continuous improvement.
Experience in the tax preparation industry is highly valued, and candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are especially encouraged to apply. However, strong franchise operations experience and the ability to learn a specialized industry are equally important.

This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within an established franchise organization while helping independent business owners build stronger, more successful businesses.
You will work collaboratively with corporate leadership and franchise owners, contribute to operational improvements, and play an important role in the continued development of a growing franchise network.
