Description
Our client is seeking a full time experience lawyer to join their fast growing team as a Senior Legal Counsel.
Duties included:
- Develop and implement the legal strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Provide proactive legal advice and support to senior management and other business units
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the firm's operations, including transactional, deal and contract matters, as well as liaise with the MLRO and risk Officer
- Offer specialized legal counel and insights tailored to the yachting, aviation and supercar industry
- Provide advice on complex legal issues related to transactions, regulatory matters and industry specific challenges
- Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents and complex commercial agreements
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliances and strategic advantage for clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing high level legal support while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure the firm's operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Implement robust corporate governance frameworks and practices
- Collaborate in managing the legal budget, and prepare and present legal reports to senior management.
- Mitigate legal risks and liabilities effectively
