Accounts Payable Officer – Immediate Start

Joondalup Area | $45+ per Hour | 3-Month Contract with Potential to Go Perm

Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth and requires an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to provide urgent support to their finance team.

This is an initial three-month contract, with strong potential to go perm depending on business requirements. You will join a busy, fast-paced environment and assist the team in managing increased transaction volumes and meeting key payment deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate vendor records
• Assisting with month-end tasks and general finance administration

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Available to commence at short notice
• Strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills
