Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Kettering, Ohio | Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments

PAY: $16-17 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap (Great potential with over 300 apartments!)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM

WORK LOCATION: Georgetowne of Kettering at 4889 Far Hills Ave

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
