Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled care facility in Queens, NY. Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Must have an active New York State LPN license.
- Experience: Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.
Requirements:
- LPN Registration.
- Driver's License or Passport or Green Card and SSN Card.
- COVID Vaccination Card.
- MMRV Results (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, and Varicella).
- Physical Assessment.
- CPR.
- Must be immune to Hep B.
