About the team:
The User Acceptance Testing team plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-quality experiences for customers, associates, and users. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams, the team validates new features and operational changes before release. Emphasizing real-world, end-to-end testing, they ensure solutions perform effectively in actual environments. The team identifies risks, uncovers defects, and provides data-driven insights to support release readiness. With a strong operational perspective and continuous improvement focus, they leverage standardized processes, automation, and new tools to reduce release risk and enhance product quality.

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies that enhance business efficiency and operational excellence.
• Oversee resource allocation, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Provide decision support through data analysis and influence partners to drive execution and meet performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop associates, promoting accountability and continuous learning within the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
