    • Coordinate activities across business, technology, operational teams, and third-party suppliers where required.
    • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and change impacts affecting product delivery.
    • Support Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, acceptance testing, and release planning.
    • Define release scope and acceptance criteria to ensure delivered capabilities meet business requirements.
    • Balance competing priorities and delivery constraints to maximise value and delivery confidence.
    • Ensure delivered solutions are operationally ready, supported, and successfully adopted by users.
    • Monitor delivery progress and product outcomes, taking corrective action where required.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related requirements, priorities, and decisions.
    • Facilitate discussions and decision-making between stakeholder groups to maintain alignment and delivery focus.
    • Ensure product activities comply with established governance, risk, and control processes.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
    • Present recommendations, priorities, and delivery updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    • Support change management and adoption activities to maximise business value from delivered capabilities.
    • Foster collaboration across teams to achieve shared objectives and successful delivery outcomes.

Financial & Commercial Management

    • Contribute to business cases, funding requests, and investment planning activities where required.
    • Support budget planning and expenditure tracking for product initiatives.
    • Assist in evaluating delivery options and prioritisation decisions based on value, cost, risk, and business objectives.
    • Work with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and business stakeholders to support effective investment decisions.
