As a customer consulting generalist at PwC, you will join other individuals who possess a broad range of skills and experience in customer consulting. You will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different customer-related areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies to enhance their customer experience, drive business growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

About the role

 

Our CSX Commercial team at PWC consulting helps organizations design, improve, and transform how they engage with customers and clients. We work with organisations and corporate clients across multiple industries to design customer strategies, transform operating models, and deliver business change.

 

As a Sales Exec within CSX, you will be at the forefront of origination and business growth, focusing on identifying, shaping, and winning major transformation opportunities. You will lead responses to bids and competitive procurements, leveraging your knowledge and experience across non regulated industry verticals.

 

This role is ideal for a commercially minded, relationship-driven sales leader who thrives on generating new business, navigating  procurement landscapes, and converting opportunities into impactful customer outcomes.

 

What your days will look like:

• Lead business development across the commercial, driving revenue growth aligned to PwC’s CSX priorities.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through proactive market engagement, client networking, and alliance collaboration.
• Develop compelling client propositions and value narratives to differentiate PwC.
• Understand client priorities, funding models, and strategic challenges to anticipate opportunities.
• Lead and manage pursuit teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
• Partner with PwC leadership to shape long-term account growth strategies and joint pursuit plans.
• Work with PwC’s strategic alliances (e.g., Salesforce) to co-create and sell joint solutions.
• Align pursuits with alliance GTM strategies, CSX offerings and growth plays, ensure opportunity registration, co-funding, and governance compliance.
• Support leadership in quarterly business planning, sales forecasting, and resource planning.
• Contribute to a high-energy, growth-oriented sales culture across the CSX commercial teams.

• Proven track record of sales origination and deal closure in consulting, technology, or public-sector markets.
• Strong network across commercial sectors
• Skilled in relationship-led selling, opportunity shaping, and executive engagement.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and storytelling skills.
• Confident operating with senior stakeholders and alliance partners.
• Experience with alliance-based selling
• Understanding of customer experience, CRM, Agentic and customer transformation solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Representative, Adobe, or AWS Partner Accreditation (desirable)
