Contract Product Design & Development Lead – Copenhagen, Denmark

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio, including Ocean Fixed, Seasonal, FFW, index‑linked and emerging contract products
• Defining and driving the Ocean Contract product strategy, aligned to the integrator vision
• Owning product playbooks, product definitions, and terms & conditions
• Building customer‑led value propositions using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Leading discovery and development in close collaboration with Platform, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Legal, Sales and CX
• Prioritising requirements and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle
• Owning go‑to‑market strategy and rollout of new products and features
• Managing financial performance and continuously improving product outcomes
• Maturing products at the right time — and sunsetting where appropriate
• Facilitating CPM leadership forums and representing Maersk on the NYSHEX governance board

• Product playbooks and catalogue definitions
• Clear articulation and delivery of customer value propositions

• Long‑term contract volume vs budget
• Revenue per FFE vs market benchmarks
• Product fit to standard
• Upgrade and value‑add performance
• Net Promoter Score (NPS)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Product Management expertise in complex, commercial or platform‑enabled products
• Solid Ocean / logistics domain understanding
• Proven experience in product discovery, optimisation, and lifecycle management
• Strong system thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a matrix environment
• Customer‑centric, insight‑driven, and execution‑oriented mindset
