Are you an energetic, self-motivated, relationship-driven professional? Do you have a passion for building relationships and providing world-class customer service?
As a Compact Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and rental growth by building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and construction professionals in your territory. You’ll represent a trusted brand and a full line of high-performance equipment backed by outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new customers within your territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while developing new accounts
- Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic and outgoing applicants with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and industry applications is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
