About the RoleTeaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas.This is an ideal opportunity for ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience, complete their induction, or secure a long-term or permanent teaching position. We work closely with a variety of supportive schools that are committed to helping new teachers thrive. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculumAdapt teaching to meet the needs of all learnersMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom environmentAssess and monitor student progressBuild strong relationships with staff and pupilsThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualificationA passion for education and making a differenceStrong communication and classroom management skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityA commitment to professional growthTeaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
