As Conference & Banqueting Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering seamless events while leading and supporting the team during service. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a supervisory role within a premium environment.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• £31,117 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Conference & Banqueting Supervisor…

• Supervising the setup and delivery of conferences, meetings, and events
• Leading the team during service to ensure smooth and professional execution
• Ensuring all event spaces are prepared to the highest standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Supporting the training and development of team members
