We’re working with a stunning luxury country estate hotel, home to a flagship restaurant and elegant bar offering. With a strong focus on quality, guest experience, and continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key dining operation within a highly regarded setting.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be visible on the floor, driving standards, shaping service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Due to the location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Bar Manager…
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
- Delivering a polished, high-end service experience from start to finish
- Training, motivating, and developing your team to consistently perform at their best
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and smooth service flow
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to elevate the overall offering
What we’re looking for:
- A proven Restaurant & Bar Manager from a quality-led hospitality environment
- A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor and engaging with guests
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
