● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in and around Lancaster, PA
● Meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule efficiently
● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)
