Location: Located in Viera / Rockledge on Florida’s Space Coast near Melbourne.

This position offers a blend of onsite and hybrid work arrangements, requiring 2-3 days in in a new office located in Viera, FL on the intracoastal North of the Melbourne Airport. An extensive corporate relocation package is also available for eligible candidates.

Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years of professional experiences in design.

• This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

Desired Characteristics:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of digital design experience.

• Proven history of architecting complex digital hardware.

• Experience with Gigahertz microprocessors, FPGA, CPLD, DDR4 memory, flash memory, and high-density interconnect technologies.

• Knowledge of 5+ Gbps serial links, CAN, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC standards, OpenVPX, and PIC-SIG standards.

• Experience in Mil/Aero/avionics, DO-254, and Civil FAA Certification.

• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise, Hyperlinx PI/SI, OrCAD PSPICE, LT Spice, Mathcad, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio.

The base pay range for this position is $112,000.00 - $149,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 05/31/26.​
