• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs for restocking
• Assist in developing new recipes and product offerings to keep the menu fresh and appealing
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a commercial setting

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Food safety certification is a plus
