What to Expect
Mechanical Technician is responsible for supporting Production and Engineering teams through hands-on mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a manufacturing environment. The Mechanical Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability. This is an on-site role that requires flexibility and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and repair equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical issues.
  • Document and compile compliance build-related work instructions.
  • Collaborate with and support Engineers and Production team to provide feedback.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma is required. Associate degree is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on mechanical experience is required. Must have knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with making and reviewing work instructions is a plus.
  • Familiar with work instruction (OMS, MPI) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills is preferred.
  • Experience using manufacturing or enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, Max Extract, Intuitive, etc) is a plus.
  • Experience with NPI production is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and support weekends as needed.
Location: San Jose (on-site daily)
Job Type: Contract to Full Time
Hourly Rate: $26/hour
