We are a forward-thinking AI organization dedicated to evolving into a hybrid application and model company. Our R&D team is tasked with bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and state-of-the-art (SOTA) AI applications. Working within a multinational team of approximately 70 members, we focus on developing foundational technologies in areas such as LLMs, AI agents, and multimodal models to solve high-impact societal and corporate challenges.

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Research and implement the latest Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
• Optimize model performance through structural transformation, fine-tuning, and inference acceleration.
• Bridge research findings to production by implementing models as usable APIs and comprehensive documentation.
• Analyze complex AI technical challenges and implement creative, high-performance solutions.
• Conduct literature surveys of research papers to monitor industry trends and assess product applicability.
• Optimize inference pipelines for production environments, ensuring scalability and low latency.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and practical experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Strong foundational knowledge of neural networks, Transformers, and attention mechanisms.
• Proven experience in implementing at least one Generative AI model (LLM, diffusion models, etc.).
• Experience in designing algorithms based on research papers and achieving performance improvements in real-world applications.
• Research project experience with a track record of publications in academic conferences or journals.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Implementation experience with LLM/RAG (Vector DBs, embeddings, prompt design).
• Experience with multimodal models or image generation (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E).
• Knowledge of MLOps, data pipeline construction, and large-scale model training on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Experience with high-performance implementation using C++, CUDA, or Rust.
• Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub, Hugging Face).
