Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality-approved G+1 Licensed Engineer to oversee and supervise office fitout projects, ensuring compliance with DM regulations, building codes, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising G+1 (Ground + 1 Floor) residential and commercial buildings and will be responsible for reviewing designs, conducting site inspections, and obtaining necessary approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve architectural, structural, and MEP designs for G+1 buildings in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities for permits, inspections, and project approvals.
Prepare and submit technical reports, NOCs, and completion certificates to DM.
Ensure all construction activities follow UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes, Green Building Standards, and DM guidelines.
Supervise contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions in line with DM requirements.
Verify material approvals and ensure compliance with DM-approved specifications.
Attend DM/Authority inspections and coordinate with authorities for final approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering (mandatory).
Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 License (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in G+1 building construction supervision.
In-depth knowledge of DM regulations, Dubai Building Codes, and Civil Defense requirements.
Strong understanding of structural design, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Etabs, and other engineering software (preferred).
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
