Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with assigned providers; managing provider agreement negotiation operations; managing staff including but not limited to hiring, training, performance reviews, pay administration, and budget.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years health care administration/managed care experience OR 8 years health care administration/managed care experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel and assigned providers.
• Analytical skills.
• Planning skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience consistently meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.  Experience developing and analyzing reports.
• Team player and people oriented.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Managed care contracting, benefits administration or underwriting experience.
• Experience working with providers.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
