Description
Our client, and investment advisory firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, valuation, and deal execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Support execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and advisory mandates
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client materials
- Perform industry research and competitive analysis
- Assist in due diligence processes and data room management
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver high-quality results
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus)
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
