Key Responsibilities: tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Program Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for acquisition and retention offer initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and business outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Finance, Tech Dev, CX, and Market organizations
  • Establish program structure, governance, milestones, and reporting to enable consistent delivery

Offer Strategy Enablement:

  • Partner with Pricing & Market Development leaders to enable: Acquisition offer strategy & development (WLS, AIA, Converged) Retention offer strategy & lifecycle management, Local pricing strategy, and market-specific offer optimization
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and implementation plans

Business Case & Financial Alignment:

  • Support development and validation of business cases for new offers and pricing strategies
  • Align initiatives with capital planning, marketing budget development, and financial targets
  • Ensure trade-offs are clearly articulated and aligned with leadership

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication:

  • Serve as a single point of coordination across senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across: Local forecasting and scenario planning teams, Go-to-market and competitive response teams, and Market intelligence and analytics partners
  • Deliver clear, concise executive updates on program status, risks, and decisions required

Offer Governance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to offer governance processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
  • Drive quality control across offer design, pricing accuracy, and execution readiness
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and lead resolution across teams

  • This role is an experienced professional recognized as an expert in program management and cross-functional execution.
  • Leads large-scale, high-impact programs with strategic autonomy
  • Influences executive decision-making across pricing, marketing, and go-to-market functions
  • Drives long-term initiatives that shape offer strategy and market competitiveness
  • Operates as a trusted partner to senior leadership across multiple organizations

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt. earns between $106,100 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
