Description
· Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions at the site.
· Own site-level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
· Lead and engage a team of 200–300 associates across salaried and hourly roles, fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
· Ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
· Strengthen customer partnerships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.
· Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and other best-practice methodologies.
· Partner with corporate functions to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
· Ensure site compliance with all regulatory, quality, and industry standards.
· Champion employee development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
