Overview
Avance Care is seeking a Lead Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and expanding Medical Group at Avance Care in Fuquay Varina, NC. Join a wonderful team of providers, dietitians, and behavioral health therapists. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a well-established system yet have autonomy!
The Lead Clinician provides clinical leadership and direction to medical providers within assigned clinic location(s), ensuring clinical standards, best practice guidelines, and quality of care are maintained. This role partners with the Clinic Manager and Area Operations Manager on operational matters while driving provider performance, value-based care initiatives, and compliance with clinical policies and regulation.
