Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: Infrastructure Architecture team (Network), In-house application teams
(Japanese/English), Security team, Service Desk, Operation members and Axcel project
teams(Japanese/English) etc.
- Cloud vendors (Microsoft, AWS), SAP/HANA technology partners, and Infrastructure
Operation vendors.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to drive the reliability and automation of our
multi-cloud (Azure/AWS) and data center infrastructure. As a core member of the Cloud
Center of Excellence, you will design and implement a common platform that allows
stakeholders to accelerate cloud adoption through self-service. You will balance high-level
architectural design with deep technical implementation, specifically supporting infrastructure
and BASIS for SAP systems, as well as support for S/4HANA migrations.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
Daily Tasks
✓ Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of cloud and data center
infrastructures.
✓ Execute hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mission-critical network
and system failures.
✓ Communicate with the maintenance vendor to ensure the stable operation of the SAP
system from a BASIS perspective.
Weekly / Monthly Task
✓ Manage and optimize CI/CD platforms to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
✓ Review resource sizing and capacity planning to provide improvement recommendations
for new solutions.
✓ Create and update technical documentation that is easy for both technical and non-
technical stakeholders to understand.
✓ Conduct analyses and implement measures to address security vulnerabilities.
Projects
✓ Perform version upgrades of the OS and middleware software in response to the end-of-
life (EOL) support.
✓ Work with the project’s infrastructure vendor to support the brownfield migration to
S4HANA.

Mandatory Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience/Skill:
✓ Multi-Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of experience in IT architecture and solution design for
Azure (Primary) and AWS.
✓ OS: Practical experience in maintaining Linux (RHEL/SLES)
✓ Database & SAP: Practical experience in DB management (SQL/NoSQL) and supporting
SAP application environments, including HANA.
✓ Migration: Experience migrating from ECC to S/4HANA
✓ SAP RISE: Experience implementing JP1 Job Management in a RISE environment

Preferred / Nice-to-have requirements:
✓ Certification: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and above (AZ-400, AZ-
305), AWS Ops related certificates, SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade
✓ Industry Experience: Background in the FMCG (Manufacturing/Distribution) industry.

Other special remarks to note:
Overtime hours/about 10 hours per month
Mainly telecommuting (office work 2 or 3 times a month: not required)
