Description
We would like 2 school improvement advisors, ideally primary specialists, for 26/27 academic year. Ideally former headteachers, NPQH/NPQEL, Ofsted/RISE experience, experience in school improvement. Strong understanding of teaching and learning, leadership and governance. It is not suitable for hybrid/remote – they would need to be in-schools for the 39 term time weeks of the year – alongside some flexible working from home to write up reports. The role would involve being the SIA for a cluster/region of schools doing rveiews, school improvement vsiits, leading training etc.
Yes – and if it helps – we are essentially looking for the exact same profile as Oxfordshire’s REPs. And yes – inside IR35 😊
Ideally, we would like to interview on 6th July – and would like candidates to start on 1st September. Happy to organise interviews sooner if you have candidates with notice periods who are interested – and would be happy to wait for strong candidates. The length of the instruction would be the 26/27 academic year.
