Overview
Customer Service Representatives are the first staff members that current, new or prospective residents meet, making a positive first impression essential. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, selling rooms in person and on the telephone, handling cash and charge transactions, making cash drops, keeping accurate records of vacant rooms, taking work orders from residents, receiving and distributing mail, and maintaining a clean office. Requires HS Diploma or equivalent and 6 months customer service experience. Must be legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with weekend and holiday availability.
