Overview
As a Medical Administrative Assistant (MFA), you'll support our general medical practice with both clinical and administrative duties. Your responsibilities include patient reception, organizing practice workflows, conducting laboratory and diagnostic procedures (including blood draws), performing ECGs, administering injections and vaccinations, handling billing, managing chronic disease programs, and general administrative tasks. This role requires completed MFA training or equivalent, a friendly demeanor, reliability, initiative, and enjoyment working with people in a team environment.

## Aufgaben
- \- Patientenannahme
\- Organisation des Praxisablaufs
\- Durchführung von Labor- und Diagnostiktätigkeiten (z. B. Blutentnahmen)
\- EKG
\- Spritzen, Impfungen und Infusionen
\- Abrechnung
\- DMP (Diabetes mellitus, KHK, COPD, Asthma)
\- Administrative Tätigkeiten
## Qualifikation
- \- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
