We are **Maison CODAGE Marbella**, the wellness concept of CODAGE Paris. CODAGE is a contemporary House of Cosmetology founded in 2010 by siblings **Amandine & Julien Azencott**, passionate about skincare and customer service excellence.

Our spa combines luxury hospitality with highly personalized skincare experiences, offering guests a unique wellness journey in the heart of Marbella.

## Tareas

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

As **Spa Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable spa experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a personalized arrival experience in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Manage spa reservations, schedules and availability through the booking system
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, wellness experiences and CODAGE products
• Support the team in maximizing spa revenue through effective upselling of treatments and retail products
• Coordinate therapists’ schedules and treatment rooms to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle phone calls, emails and guest requests professionally and efficiently
• Ensure the reception and spa areas are always clean, organized and aligned with the spa’s luxury standards
• Assist guests with post-treatment recommendations and product advice to enhance their experience and encourage loyalty

## Requisitos

Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1–2 years in spa, wellness or hotel reception

Professional category: Employee

Residence: Marbella area or nearby

Languages: Spanish (fluent) and English (professional level)
