Position details

Job Summary:  A Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its partners, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication, problem‑solving, and product or service support. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, processing orders or account updates and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. CSRs are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism while meeting performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. They contribute directly to customer retention and brand loyalty by delivering helpful, friendly, and solution‑focused service.

Reports to: Country Manager 

Opportunity

• Respects the company’s sales policy within the limits of their competencies.
• Maintains constant communication with clients.
• Analyzes the consistency between the offer and the order and requests additional information from the sales manager if discrepancies exist.
• Monitors client receivables and ensures their collection within the established deadlines.
• Maintains constant communication with the company’s external suppliers, sends merchandise orders to them, and monitors the entire procurement process, informing the sales manager in due time about any issues that arise (changes, delays, quantity or value discrepancies, etc.)
• Organizes freight transport related to the company’s purchases and deliveries to clients;
• Evaluates and selects domestic transport suppliers;
• Monitors compliance with contractual agreements with carriers;
• Ensures the proper execution of import/export goods activities;
• Prepares, in the management software, all goods receipt entries;
• Verifies monthly the accuracy of data in the goods/services purchase documents;
• Prepares specific documents accompanying deliveries to clients (invoices and delivery notes);
• Maintains records of technical, safety, and analysis certificates for traded products;
• Prepares and continuously updates the database regarding clients, company suppliers (goods and services), and marketed products using specific systems
• Promotes the image of RESINEX ROMANIA part of RAVAGO GROUP, through advertising materials and other promotion channels within the financial limits set by company management;
• Sends company documents via post or courier;
• Monitors and measures processes, analyzes data, prepares and maintains records of customer satisfaction questionnaires, and prepares reports for management
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and finance teams

Background

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience / entry level
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
