Distribution Executive

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to hire Distribution Store Executive.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of supply chain activities, including warehousing, distribution, deliveries, and returns.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop efficient driver schedules using appropriate planning software
• Manage drivers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and company standards
• Analyse operational data to evaluate performance, identify logistical issues, and implement improvements
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of drivers
• Monitor driver performance and ensure a high level of customer service
• Coordinate distribution activities in collaboration with warehouse and cold storage teams
• Lead regular distributor meetings to communicate operational updates and changes
• Act as the main point of contact for distributors regarding operational and commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the distribution network
• Prepare and submit periodic reports as required
• Monitor distributor agreements and identify any performance gaps
• Inspect distribution vehicles to ensure cleanliness and compliance with temperature requirements
• Oversee daily stock control and forecasting across all product lines
• Act as a point of contact for clients, including retail, hospitality, and catering sectors
• Carry out any additional duties as required

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced distribution or supply chain environment
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Valid driving licence
