We’re passionate about providing exceptional patient care while creating a positive, supportive work environment for our team.If you're someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy clinical setting, and wants to grow with a practice long-term, we’d love to meet you!Experience is preferred (2+ years), but we are happy to train the right motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.Position DetailsPosition: Dental Assistant Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)What You'll DoAs a Dental Assistant at ONE ENDO, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Assisting the doctor during endodontic proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and patients for proceduresSterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocolsTaking digital dental X-rays and CBCT scansMaintaining accurate patient records and documentationTaking and recording patient vitals when necessaryHelping maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment What We're Looking ForPrevious Dental Assistant experience preferred (but not required)Familiarity with electronic dental records (Dentrix experience is a plus)Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instrumentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsA positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient careBenefitsWe value our team and offer a competitive benefits package, including:401(k) with employer matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysEmployee discountsPlease note: This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
