Overview
As a Case Manager for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, you'll provide day-to-day support and services for participating veteran households. You'll conduct outreach, screen participants for eligibility, perform housing assessments, and develop comprehensive service plans. The role requires coordinating with community partners, providing housing support, and connecting veterans to VA and mainstream resources. You'll travel throughout the Carolinas as needed and work with telework capacity. This position requires a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, or transitional supportive services.
