As a working student in content and multimedia, you'll support the growth team in producing and publishing content across all channels including podcast, social media, blog, and video. Responsibilities include editing podcast recordings, creating graphics for social media and ads, researching and writing blog posts, and editing video content. You'll gain insight into the entire content value chain and work with modern tools like Figma, Canva, and CapCut. The role requires good German language skills and interest in digital products and AI tools.

Content ist bei mika ein zentraler Teil unserer Growth Engine. Als Werkstudent:in arbeitest du direkt im Growth-Team und unterstützt bei der Produktion und Veröffentlichung von Content über alle Kanäle: Podcast, Social Media, Blog, Video. Du bekommst Einblick in die gesamte Content-Wertschöpfungskette und übernimmst eigene Aufgaben.
## Aufgaben
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Podcast: Aufnahmen schneiden und zusammenstellen (Riverside, CapCut), Thumbnails und Episodenbeschreibungen erstellen, auf allen Plattformen veröffentlichen, Shorts für Social Media schneiden und mit Captions versehen.
- Content & Social Media: Grafiken und Mockups für Instagram und LinkedIn erstellen (Figma, Canva), Ads-Grafiken für Google, Meta und Reddit umsetzen, bei der Content-Planung und Ideenfindung unterstützen.
- Blog & Website: Blogbeiträge recherchieren und schreiben, Podcast-Website pflegen und aktualisieren.
- Video: Rohmaterial sichten und schneiden, bei Produktvideos oder anderen Aufzeichnungen unterstützen.
- Präsentationen: Slides für verschiedene Anlässe erstellen und pflegen.
## Qualifikation
**Was du mitbringst**
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing oder vergleichbar.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung, ob durch Praktika, eigene Projekte oder studentische Tätigkeiten.
- Gutes Gefühl für Texte, Bildsprache und Social-Media-Formate.
- Grundkenntnisse in Tools wie Figma, Canva, CapCut oder vergleichbaren Programmen.
- Interesse an digitalen Produkten und neuen Tools, erste Erfahrungen mit KI.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
