Our client is a beautifully restored country inn nestled in the Cotswolds, renowned for its warm hospitality, elegant interiors and outstanding seasonal cuisine. Their kitchen celebrates local produce, sustainability and creativity, and they are now seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic brigade.

- £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 to £6,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
- Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
- Training, motivating and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods while maintaining consistency and quality
