As a Senior Manager on the NA Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be at the center of the financial story for North America. Your team owns the end-to-end financial reporting and analysis of the region's P&L, translating complex data into the insights that shape strategic decisions. You will oversee end-to-end financial planning cycles, ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trends that influence business performance.
This is a high-visibility position that offers meaningful exposure to executive decision-making, the opportunity to influence business outcomes, and a platform to grow your career within a world-class finance organization.
This role is based in East Hanover, NJ.
How you will contribute:

- Lead financial reporting and analysis across the full North America P&L, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary that drives business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to connect the numbers to the strategy — identifying risks, opportunities, and the levers behind them.
- Present to senior leadership, including the SVP of NA Finance, building credibility as a trusted financial advisor at the highest levels of the organization.
- Collaborate broadly across the NA Finance leadership team, working alongside peers in areas such as commercial finance and supply chain finance to deliver a cohesive view of regional performance.
- Manage and refine planning processes, executing all aspects of the financial planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning and Strategic Plan (in applicable years), target setting and financial modeling and decision support within NA FP&A.
- Prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.
- Lead projects to identify efficiencies and improvements to ways of working, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Ensure a strong control and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team by investing in personal development and the development of Finance peers and driving our Finance talent agenda within the organization.
What you will bring:
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.

- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company.
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:

- Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution.
