Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Workday Extend.
• Lead the development of custom applications within the Workday ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions integrating Workday with external systems using Workday integration technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Workday Extend development.
• Review application designs, code quality, security standards, and deployment processes.
• Mentor developers and functional consultants on Workday Extend capabilities.
• Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements for existing Workday solutions.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Workday Extend, Workday HCM, and Workday architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend (Orchestrate, UI Components, Business Processes, APIs).
• Expertise in Workday integration technologies: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Workday Studio REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web service integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and data governance.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, system design, and application modernization.
• Experience leading technical teams and architecture discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
